Brief: IGS contacted our office requesting a survey for a CCTV System and a  Police response monitored intruder alarm system for their new head office premises.  Although this case study will focus on the CCTV system, Protex were chosen as the preferred supplier for both systems.

Protex were  chosen as the preferred supplier due to their reputation of high standards of installation and customer service.

Installation: The installation was carried out with minimum disruption to the client, and involved working in conjunction with other trades as the office and showroom were being refurbished before IGS moved in. The installation was complete on schedule and to a very high standard.

From the initial survey, right through to system hand over the client had one point of contact.
