The Experience

Once we have received your request for a survey for any aspect of our services the following 4 step procedure will take place:

 

1        One of our expert surveyors will visit your site at a pre arranged time in order to conduct a full site survey and risk assessment, and get a clear brief of the system required or problem you are encountering.

 

2        A detailed system design or plan of works will be produced using the information gathered during the site survey.

 

3        A full written quotation and agreement will be produced using the system design or plan of works.

 

4        All documentation will be sent out to the address provided via post and/or email as requested.

 

The whole process, from the initial phone call to receiving the full written quotation and system

Design can be complete within 48 hours.*
